FIles not syncing to Android phone

I have a Gold license for MM, and a Samsung S23 Ultra phone, on which I use PowerAmp as a player. Recently, I have encountered problems with transferring my music files from my Windows computer to the phone via USB connection. I will use the "send to" function, and the message at the bottom of the screen tells me that the files are being sent to the phone.....but they are not. Despite what MM tells me, they are nowhere to be found on the phone. What can I do? I'm a musician and have a lot of files that need syncing!

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

The build is 2024.1.0.3113

Can you please try again with the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 RC build?

Also check the File locations setting and see if that helps find the files.

Do you have MediaMonkey for Android installed on the device?

Tried the new build -- no joy. Also adjusted file locator. I do mnot have MM for Andropid -- I;ve been using Poweramp for many years...

In that case you'll either need to see if the Statusbar in MediaMonkey during Sync gives a clue on file locations or search the device for files to see if you can locate them. That will give a clue as to what is actually happening on Sync.
