Problem with the aspect ratio of videos

I have a problem with Media Monkey where the image from a video is small in the top left corner and I have huge bars at the bottom and on the right.

Can someone please help me?

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using, do you have the MediaMonkey Codec Pack installed and which File Type(s) are affected?

Yes, the problem also occurs in the video window, and I have installed the latest version (2024.2.0.3184) and also installed the MediaMonkey Code Pack (MediaMonkey codec pack 3.0.11).


It affects MP4 files in the video format.
