Although other options are available and no matter how hard I try I keep going back to this setup of MM4 with Monkeyrok - I sure hope that it will be available and functional for a very long time to come.

Yes, I'm a big MonkeyRok fan also.
That's why I'm still using MM4.

I totally get this. There's something about the way MonkeyRok handles the metadata and bios that just feels 'right.' MM5 has some cool bells and whistles, but for a pure desktop library experience, this classic setup is still king. Long live MM4!

Absolutely. MonkeyRok is irreplaceable.
Still using it on MM 3.2.5.
