Cannot delete <File Path>. Access is denied. The file may be in use or you may not have access rights.

I'm a new MM user that downloaded the latest free version earlier this week. While trying to sync my music to my ECHO MINI, this error popped up. Despite clicking "OK TO ALL" the error pops up repeatedly for many different tracks it pops up for each track with an issue, halting the sync. I have run MM as an administrator, changed the property owner of the folders to my account, reinstalled MM, installed it to the same drive my music is saved on but the issue persists.

At this point, I would settle for a way to just auto accept all the errors so it would finally finish syncing my music without me needing to babysit the program. Thank you for reading. Please help if you have any suggestions or known fixes that I've missed.

Hi,
Can you try to sync small set of files in order to make https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 86639&sd=d log full and smaller?

That will give us detailed information what is going on as we do not have ECHO MINI for test.

I'm not sure what you want me to do. I downloaded the debug version of MM and made a log. I'm not sure how to send it here. Unless you want me to post the plain text?

Just compress (ZIP) it and attach to Support ticket at https://www.mediamonkey.com/support
