Is there any plan to add LastFm scrobbling to future version of MediaMonkey? Or, has anyone made a plug in for LastFM scrobbling.

Yes, it is enough to use MMW for Last.FM scrobbling. Yes settings fro MMA Last.FM can be found in options, but you need to use third party app due the lack of native support.
