MM 2027 Alpha - Playback doesn't remember track position [#22318]

Have had this issue ever since upgrading to MM2027, including the version released today 3521:

MM doesn't retain the track playback position.
1. While playing a track press pause. When play button is pressed MM plays track from where it left off.
2. While playing a track press pause. Start playing another track. Return to the first track and MM will play this track from the beginning (MM doesn't remember where the track was paused).
3. While playing a track press stop. Press play and MM will restart the track (doesn't remember where the track was stopped. This may be working as intended, but is there a way to adjust the stop button behaviour?).

Maybe it's just a setting I'm overlooking, but definitely not working as before.
