Unknown YouTube videos being added to playlist and playing

Whenever I try to play music from my NAS to a device, I get a number of instances of the same YouTube video advertisng games.

Where did they come from and how do I stop them?

I have just paid for a Gold installation.

You likely switched from My Library to YouTube in the Info Panel, which then shows YouTube videos instead of your Library files.
