Syncing unchanged files after updating to 2024.2.0.3165

It's in the title - after updating to the latest beta version (.3165), I sync'ed a USB drive with a lot of tracks (approximately 5000) and it copied every single one of them - I made a couple of minor changes and re-sync'ed and it is copying all of them again - it should have only sync'ed the new tracks that I added to the library - do I need to revert to the previous beta release?

EDIT: I sync'ed a 3rd time and this time only a handful of files updated - does re-scanning a folder cause all of the files to be re-sync'ed on devices, even if the files were not changed?

Hi,
It is possible that you initiated sync before MMW scanned all files on USB on first two syncs and on third scan was done and MM synced only changes.

I tested and could not replicaate what you describe in 3166.
