MediaMonkey Not Recognizing iPod

Hey guys!!

I've been driving myself nuts Googling a fix for this for hours.

When I try to go to go to Tools > Options > Portable/Audio Devices, the "Portable/Audio Devices" is nowhere to be seen.

And, the iPod is recognized by my computer.

I'm just wondering if anyone might know what I'm doing wrong.
