Can't Sync iPod Classic (5th Generation) With Media Monkey

Hey gang,

So, like the subject says, I can't sync my iPod Classic with MM.

I've been driving myself nuts all day, so, I thought I had to bug you guys.

The iPod is recognized by MM (And Windows 10). All of my music is showing in MM, and there are options to select which folders I want to add.

When I press 'sync' there's a little wheel at the top of MM that spins for a few seconds, but, nothing happens after that.

I've installed MM (the newest version) three times, and it keeps happening.

I'm probably doing something stupid, but, I'm just wondering if anyone might have some ideas as to what I'm doing wrong.

Presumably you selected something on the Sync list? What Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using to Sync? Did you previously Sync, is there chance that the Sync selection is already on the device (but can't be seen on the device)?

Thanks a lot for writing.

I'm running MM 2024.1.0.3113 & I didn't previously sync.

I have the folder I want to sync showing, but, MM isn't transferring.

Can you please try a Sync with the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 beta as it contains a fix that may resolve your issue?
