Lyrics not saved in tags for FLAC

Hello, I’m a new user of MM5. I’ve encountered an issue where, when I edit the lyrics from the Properties menu, they don’t seem to save as tags (which I’ve confirmed by checking with MP3Tag). The lyrics update fine in the MMA app, but they don't update in Poweramp, which I’ve been using for over a decade and really don’t want to replace.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well.... Seems to be working fine after hitting the "Update tags..." (duh). No reason to approve, I'd delete the post if I could.

Where were you editing? In MMA and then MMW Sync doesn't update tags for the files on your PC?
Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey?

I was editing the lyrics and tags in MMW and thought the tags were updated when closing the properties window, rather than having to click “Update tags.”
Is there a way to auto-update tags when I close the properties window by the way?

Apologies for my impatience. I just found the option to "Update tags when editing properties" and it was already turned on, but wasn’t working properly for some reason. Toggling it off and on fixed the issue for me.
I'm on version 2024.2.0.3184
