I think this request is related to the checkboxes in iTunes, where those that are unchecked aren't played and synced. Though maybe not specific to that and more a general use checkbox. Instead of having to put a "Y" or "N" in a Custom Field for instance, the program would have a checkbox which would provide this "Yes" or "No" like condition, without wasting a custom field on something that small.
