Problems to sync with iphone 4 FW 4.3.2

I have installed the new firmware from apple.

Now i have problems to sync with mediamonkey.
When i have selected 150 numbers to sync to the iphone, mediamonkey puts only 100 numbers on the iphone.

When the files are transferd, and i start ipod, the iphone says that he first must be syncronised with itunes.

Before the new firmware i had no problems, is there mybe something i doing wrong?
Has somebody an answer?

You must update to the latest version of MediaMonkey in order to sync with the latest Apple firmware.
