Many moons ago I ripped some cd's into WMA, and some other, formats. Now it seems, some are carrying DRM protection. I know I've burned some of these before, but now I get an error message from MM when I try to burn a to new CD. I discovered it so far only in the WMA formats. I have basically two questions:
1. Since I have a fair number of files, some WMA, some MP3, and some FLAC, is there a way to determine which files are still carrying DRM? It would be a daunting task to do it by trying to burn each file....
2. What are my choices for eradicating the DRM from the files?
I did go thru the Knowledge Base, and searched on DRM detection/removal, but did not see any offering a real solution......
Thank you,
Henri

Re: DRM
1) Not with MediaMonkey.
2) Not sure as Windows 10 Anniversary update caused problems with WMA. Maybe the latest Beta of MediaMonkey resolves this?

Re: DRM
Well I guess I'll find them as I burn, unless I can find something to bulk copy, changing formats at the same time.Lowlander wrote:1) Not with MediaMonkey.
