If you can do a small Sync (ie. one Playlist with a few files), it would make it easier for a developer to analyze the log.
A lot of hiccups along the way, but I've generated a Support Ticket. (got a message during the reduced sync, mentioning that I might have the Microsoft version of iTunes, but I'm as positive as I can be that I don't. I'll report back.

Yes I have downloaded the link multiple times and it only offers to repair or remove iTunes that I have. I have repaired and I am in the same boat as I have been, no luck

For help with Syncing with iTunes you should contact Apple Support, MediaMonkey can't help with iTunes Sync.

However if you're Syncing via MediaMonkey, see the post above.

You need the desktop version of iTunes and it's still available.

Today I bought MMGold. My music is located under MM in Classical and Music(everything else) folders. Under All for each folder are my MP3s. I can't do anything with them. I cannot download the desktop version of iTunes. From what I have seen, it is not possible. I have a Windows PC and my MM has worked fine up until today. I ripped a CD like I always did with my 17000+ other owned MP3s and had issues. I had to Add items one at a time to iTunes and synced via iTunes. I mightve ripped the entire library on iTunes idk, but it only synced my Apple store purchases (300 albums opposed to MM and its 1400 albums) and WIPED OUT ALL MY MM FILES ON MY PHONE. I cannot sync via MM EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT GOLD. I own all my music and would like a solution to this issue in some form as I have not been able to figure it out. I will take any reparations that are offered. Thank you.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

You need the desktop version of iTunes and it's still available.

However, it sounds like MediaMonkey is Syncing to the iPhone? Is this correct, but then you don't see the files on the iPhone?

Hello, I have an iPhone that has been updated to the latest iOS. My library is located in two folders under MM on my PC in Classical and Music (everything else). Under the All folder through the Classical or Music folder is All files where the mp3s are located. I cannot do anything with them. I own all my music. Big collection.

I have updated to MMGold today to no avail. I have downloaded the correct iTunes, AppleMusic. I have tried to sync via MM. It works through my 17000+ songs and retires when its done every time. I cannot download the desktop version of iTunes, it is not available. My phone is plugged in as I write this.

Before today, my library was completely on my phone. I added one album from iTunes, and now all I can do is get my Apple purchases (not my collection of CD rips) onto my iPhone. It wiped out my entire library for the Apple store purchases (much less music). Any help to get my music back on my phone would be appreciated, as I am at a standstill. Thank you.

Please capture the Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using to Sync?

I bought and installed the codec, but the playlists still aren't syncing to the iPhone. Again, all the playlists and ratings were generated on MediaMonkey, but it looks like only the songs made it during the sync. I've made sure in the sync settings that all playlists and all music are indicated.
Is there any other fix I'm missing, or method I should try?
I'm at the point where I would consider putting another music player app on my iPhone that would be compatible with an MM sync. Is there such an animal?
