Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?
You need the desktop version of iTunes and it's still available.
However, it sounds like MediaMonkey is Syncing to the iPhone? Is this correct, but then you don't see the files on the iPhone?

Re: syncing MM to iPhone
Today I bought MMGold. My music is located under MM in Classical and Music(everything else) folders. Under All for each folder are my MP3s. I can't do anything with them. I cannot download the desktop version of iTunes. From what I have seen, it is not possible. I have a Windows PC and my MM has worked fine up until today. I ripped a CD like I always did with my 17000+ other owned MP3s and had issues. I had to Add items one at a time to iTunes and synced via iTunes. I mightve ripped the entire library on iTunes idk, but it only synced my Apple store purchases (300 albums opposed to MM and its 1400 albums) and WIPED OUT ALL MY MM FILES ON MY PHONE. I cannot sync via MM EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT GOLD. I own all my music and would like a solution to this issue in some form as I have not been able to figure it out. I will take any reparations that are offered. Thank you.

Re: syncing MM to iPhone
For help with Syncing with iTunes you should contact Apple Support, MediaMonkey can't help with iTunes Sync.
However if you're Syncing via MediaMonkey, see the post above.

Yes I have downloaded the link multiple times and it only offers to repair or remove iTunes that I have. I have repaired and I am in the same boat as I have been, no luck

Re: syncing MM to iPhone
A lot of hiccups along the way, but I've generated a Support Ticket. (got a message during the reduced sync, mentioning that I might have the Microsoft version of iTunes, but I'm as positive as I can be that I don't. I'll report back.Lowlander wrote: ↑Wed Jan 21, 2026 2:17 pm Please capture the Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643
If you can do a small Sync (ie. one Playlist with a few files), it would make it easier for a developer to analyze the log.
