Created ticket 15958.

The instructions for DebugView needs a slight adjustment.

With version 4.90 (at least), Capture->Capture WIn32 needs to be enabled in order to capture anything

When I right click on Music->Location->[drive]->folder and select "Convert format..." I get this error.
