Re: Errata Streaming to Sonos
When I took the log the files were already there and the drive was healthy, so no new blank transcoded files were created. It's just evidence that it was using them. If you think that would still be helpful then I'd be happy to create a support ticket. Thanks!

Re: Errata Streaming to Sonos
Thanks for sharing the process! The debug file helped me understand what must have been the problem. I was able to fix the problem by clearing the files in: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\MediaMonkey\Transcoded_Media_Files I suspect what happened is that when MediaMonkey couldn't access the files ...

Re: Errata Streaming to Sonos
Thank you for the reply!
The files have drive letters and are not greyed out. As mentioned, this is specific to streaming to Sonos and the internal player works normally. I checked the scenarios in the link provided and none of them apply here.

Re: Errata Streaming to Sonos
One more observation: it appears that songs added to the library *after* the drive was restored will play to Sonos. It's as if MediaMonkey has some memory of the drive failure and "gives up" on some files.

Errata Streaming to Sonos
I am using version 2024.2.1.3213 on Windows 11, streaming to a Sonos system. I have had a couple of instances where I have lost connection from within the OS to the drive on which the music files are stored. After restoring the connection and after a restart, MediaMonkey skips past songs when ...

Re: Slow interface performance
I've been able to recreate the behavior in 2433, so I'll submit a support ticket.
The files and database are located on internal SSD drives. There are no bottlenecks in IOPS I've been able to detect.
Thanks!

Slow interface performance
After using MM5 for a while, I've generally found the UI to be a bit erratic and at times very slow to respond. I'm using 5.0.1.2431 on 64-bit Windows 10 and am usually connected to a Sonos Play 5, though using the internal player seems to behave the same albeit with less time using it. Some ...

Feature Request: Add Browse button to artwork lookup
When in the properties dialog box for editing track information and on the Artwork tab, there is a Lookup Image... button. In addition to that button, I request there be a Browse... button that goes directly to the file browser interface for selecting an artwork file. It would be even better if it ...

Composer type ahead suggestion linked incorrectly [#15872]
In the main UI with the composer field visible, click or F2 to edit composer field. Typing composer name should suggest other composers based on local database. Instead, it appears to offer suggestions based on the Artist field.

Re: BUG: altering date
I see the same thing. If I'm in the main UI, select an entire album's properties (right-click, Properties) and enter a date in the Date field (i.e. 10/19/1993) when saving the change the Date field reverts to the year only. If I then select a single track from the properties screen and modify the ...
