Hello, I am (still) having a problem adding alot of files to my phone. I have a large collection of MP3's (80,000 +) on my PC. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro which can accommodate a 256 gb card (which I have). I have the latest versions of MMA/MMW. I am trying to add around 20,000 songs to my phone (there should be plenty of room on the card). When I sync, it only adds around 2000 songs. I have tried WiFi sync, auto sync, and synching directly to the SD card. I have tried synching by playlists, albums, and individual songs. When it is synching, it will say that all of the songs transferred, but after the sync, only about 2000 will be on the phone. Is there a setting (either in MMA or MMW) that I am missing? This is making me nuts.

Which version of MMA and MMW are you using?

And Sync doesn't indicate that it failed to Sync any files? Also have you checked in a File Browser if the files are actually missing from the card or are just not showing in MMA?

No, sync will go through the whole process and not indicate any error.

Yes, I have checked a file browser and the files are not there. It will cut off alphabetically (maybe A-L) and the rest will be missing. File browser only shows about 23 gb being used with about 227 gb available.

In that case please capture the Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643 If doing a wifi Sync also send a debug log from About in MMA right after Sync.

This will help a developer analyze why this occurs on your setup.

Have you applied for MMA beta if not I would suggest it.
