Same problem here. Logitech K520 Desktop set (Keyboard/mouse) Skps two tracks forward.Backwards is ok.

Bug is still up for me in MM 4.0.0.1459
Using Logitech USB Keyboard on Windows 7, if my MM is in foreground it works well, as far as I switch to another Application it jumps 2 Tracks forward if I press ">>|".
I don't have the Problem with the "|<<" Key, just forward is a Problem.

Updated to MM 4.0.5.1486 the Issue is still current.
Does anyone know where's the problem?

Are you using the Logitech Setpoint software? This seems to be a problem with that software. See:

You can just uninstall the Setpoint software/drivers and rely on the standard MS keyboard drivers, and I expect the problem will be solved.
