I am syncing my Library to my BlackBerry Curve 8330 using the d_WMDM.dll plugin and I have checked the option to "Use only the first value when multiple Artist / Composers exist", but it does not have any effect. For example, I have a song whose artist field is tagged as "Linkin Park; Amp Live; Zion Of Zion I" and when it gets pushed to my BlackBerry the tag remains "Linkin Park; Amp Live; Zion Of Zion I" even though I have checked the option to have only the first value sync.
I have tried using semi-colons, and slashes. I even tried using the d_USBMass1.dll plugin with the same results.
Any suggestions?

Works fine here, how do you typically sync tracks to your device?

I right click on my device in the tree on the left and then click "Auto-Sync" from the context menu.

I don't know then, I use auto sync as well. Maybe it has something to do with how your player reads the tracks.VJgamer wrote:I right click on my device in the tree on the left and then click "Auto-Sync" from the context menu.

I can't figure it out either. I can open up the devices memory card in Windows Explorer and clearly the Artist tag is still populated with the multiple artists. I even tried uninstalling MediaMonkey and reinstalling it.

So I guess the filetype is mp3? Hard to say, it works for all of my devices.VJgamer wrote:I can't figure it out either. Yeah, they are all mp3 files.
