Sync Error [#10173]

Not sure if there was any expectation of a fix, but I can confirm that this issue is still present for me in build 75.

Can you please tell us, What settings you have enabled for each storage and what profiles MMW is using?
Also if you start Sync From MMW is it acts same?
Have MMA sync over Wi-Fi?

I'm perfectly willing to provide this information, but its unclear to me what you are asking.

2) Are you referring to a usb sync?
3) This was a wifi sync. I had uninstalled and cleared all data and the music files themselves. Initiali sync errors on the last file; subsequent syncs fail without doing anything.

2. Is asking if you told mma to sync with desktop or did you tell desktop to sync with mma and if you did it both ways were the actions and results the same or was one way showing errors, if both showed errors were they sme errors or different ones.

3. Wants to know if you ever had mma sync over wi fi?

Interesting, it seems that you're all using Galaxy devices. Can you confirm which android version?

I am having this problem also on the Kindle Fire HD, firmware 7.3.1. I am not sure where to find out what android version it is on.

Also, can you confirm whether you've synced these devices previously with MMW 4.0.7 over USB?

Yes I was able to successfully sync in MMW 4.0.7

Lastly, if I were to summarize: is it accurate that all of you are seeing all tracks sync as expected, but that playlists are not (they sync without content or not at all)?

Yes most of the tracks show up but not the playlists.

I have it set up to autosync one autoplaylist, I removed the options to sync to MMV and Delete items that are unselected.

No, it syncs correctly via USB.

i fixed my eternal analyzing sync list problem by removing the mediamonkey folder from the sdcard and syncing again. now everything works. I've not got a samsung device though....

I have tried this as well on my S3, but it still has the sync errors on the last file and any future sync

Generally restarting the device has worked to do subsequent syncs (after sync failure).

I'm able to replicate the sync problem that is resolvable by deleting MMA settings (via Settings>Applications) and by also removing the MMA /MediaMonkey directory. Tracked at:

I tried again last night with a clean slate. Only syncing music (not playlists). Same error on the last file, and all future syncs fails. I then added only non-auto playlists, and they failed as well with zero tracks in them. Hope this helps....

I Have tried on multiple ways to make friends S3 crash for about 4 1/2 hours (Battery died eventually) using all we do for smoke test of MMA and MMW without success using JB 4.1.2. Now I have to buy him six-pack. What SD card Size you have my friend have Class 10 16GB one.

I have a the sync problem after:
Uninstall MMA
Remove \MediaMonkey directory from phone
Installed MMW build 1610
Installed MMA build 75
Deleted phone provile in MMW
Performed sync from phone
Sync failed, logs uploaded a little after 2pm EST.

I have:
Galaxy S3
Android 4.1.1
Only syncing playlists, no music.

Hope this gets resolved soon. Really like the interface.
