Here's what worked on my x64 Windows 7 system:
1. Copy the msinet.ocx from the "c:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey\Scripts\Auto\" folder to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ folder.
2. Open an elevated command prompt (right-click Cmd.exe, and then click Run as admin)
3. Type the following command and then press Enter.
4. regsvr32.exe C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msinet.ocx
5. right click MM, click "Run as administrator"
6. Start BatchArtFinder
7. Search for art
8. Save it to the track
9. Restart MM
