I want to paste my own 'art' as cover , http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =2&t=83693
This works good so far ; i select the cover in the file list, paste my own, i then get the add cover dialog .
This always sets the saving as .thm because there already is a original cover in the tracks.
Is there a setting somewhere to prevent MM showing the embedded art, so my pasted image is always the first image?
Or:
assign the original embedded image not to 'cover'
Then the new image is cover and always shows as default.
I know i can do these things manually ; i,d just like to minimize mouse actions needed.
Thanks

Re: Do not scan for art
Scanning for Art can be disabled under Tools > Options > Library (this won't remove already associated Art though). The rest can't be done.

Re: Do not scan for art
I already did this but apparently this only works for folder art , the embedded covers are read and shown.Lowlander wrote:Scanning for Art can be disabled under Tools > Options > Library (this won't remove already associated Art though). The rest can't be done.
Re: Do not scan for art
There is no "single" setting that overrides already embedded primary art to show a secondary embedded art as primary.

Re: Do not scan for art
Yes, it only covers external Art. Embedded Art will always be shown (just like any supported tag within the file).

Have you tried to use Trixmoto Batch Album Art Tagger as it can help you clear any residual and bad arts prior to going thru adding correct one?
