motorola edge neo 40

have a new motorola edge neo 40 and my computer will not recognise it as a device. i was previously using a moto g30. ive enabled the debug just not sure what else i can do. strangely my playlists are visable but no music. ,please help

The computer of MediaMonkey for Windows? If the latter, which Build (Help > About), and presumably you're connection via USB?

I have Moto Edge 40 (non NEO) and have no issues MM recognize it.

Just make sure you have selected File Transfer mode instead of Charging Only
