Syncing - Insufficient Filters vs. Inability to Reserve Free Space [#21165]

Syncing in and of itself is working reasonably fine for me, but I'm trying to sync to my phone and I'm running into a bit of a conundrum.

I want to reserve X amount of free space on my phone for obvious reasons, but I also want to use more than one filter (specifically I'd like to be able to include all music of specific genres while excluding music from certain artists). If I try to sync by music, it doesn't appear that I can use multiple filters?

Alright, so I'll create a playlist instead...but on the Playlists tab, it appears there's no option to reserve free space?

Does anyone have a suggestion or solution for this?

AutoPlaylists themselves can be limited in size. This is a limit on total size though, instead of a free space measurement.

Yeah. That would be a workaround I suppose, but not really a solution.

It doesn't seem as though adding the option to reserve free space when syncing playlists should be a big ask? But I don't do a lot of coding.

If this does get added, it will be a while in the future from now. So for now you'll need to rely on the size limits AutoPlaylists have.
