Display settings when upgrading
Really love the platform and enjoying the routine upgrades, but I really wish I didn't have to spend 20 mins redoing all of my basic display settings with each update. It's like it's a brand new installation every time. Devs have to find a way to fix this.

I'm referring to the Windows desktop app as a portable install. (I also use the Android app, but that's good after updates.)

I just upgraded to 2024.0.0.3082 portable, though I find it happens every time. I find that all sorts of display settings are changed/lost with each upgrade.
Re: Display settings when upgrading
This shouldn't happen (depending how old the previous version was) and is not something I see. Are you uninstalling/deleting the previous Portable Install first? Are you sure each install you select the Portable Install?

If not uninstalling, then is it possible you are choosing different locations for the new portable installs?
I am guessing if you were to re-install over the existing installation, it would find and retain the settings from the previous install.
