MMA Sync does not complete

I am syncing my MM Android with MM Windows - for the last week or two the sync no longer completes. I have installed the latest updates and am a Lifetime subscriber. The incomplete syncs seem to have started on 26 July 2025.

What I see is the sync reaching "Last 10000 Played" - which is a custom playlist that does what you woudl expect from the name. It sits at 100%, but does not complete. I can see in the process of the sync that new tracks were downloaded, but my phone does not display any of them.

The same thing happened with my "Last 20000 Played" playlist, so I stopped syncing it, but now the sync hangs on the 10000 playlist instead.

Which Build (Help > About) of MMW are you using?

Please try again with the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 beta. Does Sync now succeed?

I've installed that version of MMW but the sync behaviour is the same.

This issue has been confirmed as fixed in 2.1.0.1271.
