Please capture the connecting of the device to the PC in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

So, just so I understand:

Hoop Jump 1 - install yet another version of MM (Debug)

Hoop Jump 2 - install a special debug program from MS

Hoop Jump 3 - Figure out how to use them together

Hoop Jump 4 - start over with a support ticket

Do I have that right?

1. Install the debug version like any MediaMonkey
2. Download and Run, no installation
3. Debug View should log as soon as you start MediaMonkey
