Gapless playback no longer works since build 1230 [#21519, #21621, #21770]]

Found this thread after playing a live album and experiencing gaps in between the end of one track and the start of the next. As a test, played back older audio files with audio experiences that are meant to be seamless and found these to also exhibit gaps. Audio playback is set to Gapless. Cross Fade is off. Setting to None makes the silence longer, worse.

Chep, you could also check in MMA under the 'gear icon' - Options - Playback whether 'Exo' is selected as the playback engine (last setting at the bottom of the page).

Gapless playback works fine for me with the 'Exo' Playback engine. When it is set to 'Native', I experience exactly the same behaviour that you described.
