Rip CD into one file? [#21942]

Re: Rip CD into one file?
MM4.0 used to have a very useful addin called Linked Tracks. Once all the tracks were linked (simply by highlighting them all and clicking on LInked Tracks) all the tracks would play in sequence when any one of them was selected and they would suffle as a unit. Very useful for playing classical compositions with more than one movement. This useful feature was not included in MM5 (MM2024 or whatever) despite repeated requests they do so and now doesn't even seem available as a 4.0 addin. It would solve your play all the tracks as one problem. I have no idea why the people at MM did not add this feature to MM5 (okay 2024) but it is the main reason I don't use it and don't recommend it for anyone who regularly plays classical music.

I added this into https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=21942
Please note that MM 2024 supports CUE Sheet format which allows you to have all tracks from CD Ripped in Single file be played as one, but also allow you to play individual parts of classical music.yarguy wrote: ↑Mon Jan 19, 2026 3:34 pm MM4.0 used to have a very useful addin called Linked Tracks.
