Last Played Not Working Correctly

Last Played Not Working Correctly
I'm still using 4.1.31.1919 even though I'm a Lifetime Gold member. When I play a podcast, the "Last Played" field updates sometimes but not others. It usually does not. Why? Is there a way to fix it?
