Bug: EXO Engine now glitchy

I've noticed this in the last few months that I get occasional glitches in the playback, I then re-wind back past where the glitch happened, start playback wait for the track to get to the same part where it glitched, and the playback continues without problems.

Hi I did this a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to note down the ids.

Would you still be able to find them, I hardly ever send any and they will be under my email address, I submitted a glitch, and then reply without glitch?

Unfortunately, there are no your logs(Logs are preserved for two weeks).
Are you registered as a beta user, or are you using the stable version?
The log, right after it occurs, would be helpful.

Based on your log, you have set the Playback engine to "Native", not "Exo".
Using the "Exo" playback engine is strongly recommended (You can switch engine via Options -> Playback -> Playback Engine).
Let me know if switching to the Exo engine solves the problem.

Ah, I must have forgotten to move back to EXO.

It was definitely EXO that had the problem when I first encountered the glitch, I will swap back and again wait for it to happen and send you another 2 logs!

I believe that the glitchy playback is caused by battery optimization. This is supported by the fact that the issue occurs on both playback engines and there are no errors in the log.
The issue can occur when the device goes into dreaming mode and battery optimization starts throttling apps.

Go to Options/General/Battery in the MediaMonkey app and enable "Allow MediaMonkey to run in the background". This should fix the issue.
