Album Art lookup casues Event Viewer errors

Post by andyross »

MM5, Windows 11, Update check says up to date.

I have noticed that when I do online searches and/or adding artwork for Album covers, I am getting an error logged in Event Viewer each time. Everything seems to work, but wonder what this error is saying.

The current release is MediaMonkey 2024.2.2, which Build (Help > About) are you using?

it is currently 2024.2.2.3222.

Did a bit more testing to narrow down when it happens. It is definitely when I do the lookup or related to that. I did a simple lookup on an album, but then just canceled out of the list, and got the event viewer error. Oddly, when I went and tried it again on the SAME album, no error. It may have been cached or something as it was much faster on the lookup.

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643
