Album release date sorting issue
Hi, i just want to ask if it is possible to change the way sorting by release date works? i have noticed when you have multiple releases by the same artist within the same year the program seems to ignore months and days and just sorts the albums by alphabetical order, a good example of this is Green Day's Uno Dos Tres trilogy all released in 2012. Despite the fact they all have the correct release date down to the day and month nothing mediamonkey will still show them in alphabetical order (Dos Tre Uno) instead of the release order. i know this is a rather small feature but i would love if anyone knows how i can change it to look at the month and day in the tags and not just the year and if you cant i think it would be a great little feature. thank you

Can you please provide more detail on what node you're viewing, what View you're using and what actual you're field you're sorting on as well as what Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey?

Re: Album release date sorting issue
I am on version 2024.2.2.3222 and im viewing the library under Music> Artists> Artist name (in this case green day) and then its viewed in Browser mode with only Album and Status Bar elements being on and its sorted by Album.
I hope thats enough to go on as im not entirely sure what node means
