Requirements for Radio Stations

I'm still thinking about the "radio station" nodes Steegy was kind enough to implement for me -- my file of jazz radio stations is pretty impressive -- and I think I've come up with some data requirements.

Since it depends so much on formatting, please forgive my directing folks offsite to read it, but, having just learned two new XML editors, learning the foibles of the editor for this forum is temporarily too much.

It's intended to read as a requirements document, though, if you'd like to be mildly amused at somebody's struggles with XML editors, feel free to have a chuckle at the .opml and .xsd files.
