Giant X .. Access Denied

I get a giant black X (see image attached) on my windows PC when I try to connect, and there's no option other than clicking on the X and this results in an Access Denied.

Seems like you're using MediaMonkey 5 instead.

Try restarting MediaMonkey and see if this resolves the problem.
