Shows "Currently playing" or in German: "Spielt aktuell" when nothing is playing

Hallo,

I find it irritating that you show a song or book is playing, when in reality no song or book is playing.
Can you please only show this information when something acutally is playing?
When i manage my library I could use the extra screen space.
