[REQ] Artist/Title Audio Announcement

Hello
I have over 25,000 songs in my library, and when I put the playback on random and go for a long walk I would like the ability to hear the Artist and Title announced before a song starts in the player client (I use Android). It would save me stopping, pulling out my phone and trying to read the player screen before continuing.

A simple toggle setting allowing me to turn this feature on/off in the player would allow me to turn it off when I am playing a whole album, or turn it on when it is on random playback. Down the track I suppose a further option to choose the announcement voice (male/female etc.) would be a nice to have.
