[REQ] Optionally disable shuffle and repeat touch buttons

I use Mediamonkey Android a lot while working or working out, physically. I often, by mistake, have my hands turn on shuffle or repeat buttons on lower left and right of the full now playing screen. That's very annoying, especially since I never, ever use these features.

Can we have an option to turn these off? It would be a nice quality of life improvement.

It was hidden in the past but was changed due teh user complains that can't easily find the feature. More customization is planned for future versions.

Last week I listened to the same unknown song 5 times in a row before I noticed I had pushed the repeat button again.
