Album art of some songs not shown

Hi everyone,

what are the critera for (not) showing album art in MMA?

There are several songs with tag-stored album art JPEGs, that are not shown in the player.

Examples:
327x327 pix, 33 kB
500x500 pix, 31 kB
500x500 pix, 85 kB
... each stored as front cover.

With which Build (Help > About) of MMW and which build of MMA did you do a wi-fi Sync?

Please update MMW to the current release, and attempt a new Sync.

If the Artwork still fails to Sync, please capture a Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?t=86643

Okay, than I need to solve my parallel documented issue with 3222, first.

I've sent a log by MMA just right now and would also be able to deliver the MMW debug log.

I've sent it yesterday by MMA some minutes before my posting here in the forum, endorsing the same email adress as here in the forum. Unfortunately, I neither noted down the log ID nor received a copy of the transmission receipt via email.

In parallel I opened a support ticket #18096 by uploading a logfile of MMW.

Please let me know if you need some additional stuff.

Support for syncing album artwork for tracks without an assigned album was added in version 2.1.3.
