Shortly after starting 3517, MM started jumping through the tracks very quickly, at 10+ a second.
My machine became very unresponsive.
I'll try and gather a debug log in the morning

Going back to 3514 didn't help, even with uninstall/install.
Error dialog on startup and same skipping behaviour.

It sounds like MediaMonkey can't locate the files: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... s-to-play/
Did you move the files outside of MediaMonkey or have the files stored on something different than a standard internal drive?

Re: [3517] Goes crazy
All I did was upgrade to 3517 from 3514.
The tracks are all on local disk.
Every once in a while there is a split second of music before MM goes on to then next track.
Even the portable installation is broken.
As soon as MM starts I get
'Exception Access violation at addrtess 00F028BB in module 'MediamonkeyEngine.exe'. Read of address 00000038'
I dismiss the popup and when I I click on play I get a split second of music.
