how do Gold members who forgot their password get access to

I find it very frustrating trying to contact media monkey around problems of accessing my library I have a gold account and get I don't have gold service. I keep trying to locate the library so that might be able to edit the duplicates in my library. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx this is my license key however I cannot remember my password by contract with media monkey says my user name is William Hatcher but there is no response by email address is; xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I'm optimistic that the Google guys will find a solution to problem and send send me a reset for my password so that I can enjoy my music, thank you for your time and attention.
